Samantha Dillon is a senior solicitor admitted to practise in Queensland and New South Wales. Samantha is also admitted to practise in the High Court and is able to represent you in the Federal Court of Australia.
Samantha obtained a Degree in Law at QUT in Brisbane and completed her Bachelor of Arts degree at Queensland University. Samantha Dillon undertook 5 years articles of clerkship on the Gold Coast and has practised predominately in the following areas since her admission to practise in 1993:

- Wills and Estates – estate planning

- Bankruptcy
- Insolvency
Samantha has obtained a reputation as being a great negotiator and strives to obtain the best results for her clients and provides an honest appraisal regarding her clients prospects of success. Anita has been working in the legal industry on the Gold Coast since 1986. She has administrative experience in all areas of law and worked for many years as a paralegal in the fields of wills and estates and commercial litigation. She now works part time to allow her time to assist in the family business.
